Any former record holders and all beneficial owners of the common stock of Continental Resources, Inc. (“Continental”) who held or owned such stock at any time during the period beginning on and including October 17, 2022, through and including November 22, 2022 (the “Class Period”), including any and all of their respective legal representatives, trustees, executors, administrators, estates, heirs, and any Person acting for or on behalf of, or claiming under, any of them (excluding Defendants and their immediate family members, affiliates, subsidiaries, legal representatives, heirs, estates, successors, or assigns; and any entity in which any Defendant has had a direct or indirect controlling interest) (the “Class”).

No money or benefits are available now, as the case is ongoing. There is no guarantee that money or benefits will be obtained. If they are, you will be notified on how to proceed.

To participate in this case as a member of the Class, you do not have to pay Class Counsel or anyone else. Instead, if Class Counsel recovers money or benefits for the Class, they will ask the Court for an award of attorneys’ fees and costs to be paid from any recovery whether by judgment award or settlement fund. You may hire your own lawyer to appear in court for you, but if you do, you are responsible for paying that lawyer.
